At a young age James Filbey got his first experience in the hospitality industry as a club promoter on the exotic island of Ibiza arranging private parties, VIP lounges and ensuring the needs of the VIP and celebrity guests were taken care of. It was his experience in Ibiza that inspired him to travel and by his early 20's he had already covered four continents and 15 countries. But it was his experience as a chef in one of London's most popular restaurants that James got his first taste of the finer things in life, however he still had the desire to travel. Read more.
